Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy

Our team is looking for a passionate faculty member to join our thriving Doctor of
Physical Therapy (DPT) Program in Evansville, Indiana.

This opportunity is for a full-time, 10-month appointment with the opportunity for tenure
track if you hold an earned terminal degree (PhD, EdD, DSc, HSD, etc.). Imagine

Requirements for this position include a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree with a
specialist certification from ABPTS/board certification eligible or a terminal degree in a
related field. Additionally, you will need eligibility for physical therapy licensure in the
state of Indiana and bring at least 3 years of clinical experience to the table.
As you step into this role, your expertise will shine as you teach physical therapy
evaluation, examination, and beyond based on your unique background. We are looking
for faculty specializing in acute care, neurologic, cardiovascular/pulmonary, and/or
pediatrics.

Beyond the classroom, this role extends into student advising, focused scholarship, and
service within the department, university, and the broader profession. Your journey with
us commences on August 1, 2024.
